Appearing in Vanity Fair’s annual Hollywood magazine, Selena said she has worked hard to distance herself from her time as a “Disney star”.
“I definitely feel free. Sometimes I get agitated. It’s not that I’m ashamed of my past, it’s just that I’ve tried very hard to find my own path. I don’t want to be tied down. I want to be myself,” the 30-year-old actress said.
