The 29-year-old actress and singer and her costar were spotted filming several scenes together for the second season of Only Murders in the Building in Manhattan on Wednesday.
The Spring Breakers actress donned a heavy green coat with a furry hood, a gray sweater and pleated skirt while appearing in a scene filmed inside of a car.
Underneath the skirt, she wore tight black leggings, and she finished off the outfit with a pair of shiny black boots.
Gomez’s brunette hair was parted in the middle and fell down to her shoulders, just barely touching the tops.
For one scene, the singer–songwriter hopped in a car to film one scene with Caverly.
She also covered up during some of her downtime with a gray ski cap.
Caverly’s character Theo seemed to be going for an incognito look as he wore a black beanie and similarly-colored coat.
The first season of Only Murders in the Building followed three residents in an affluent New York City apartment who started an investigative podcast after one of their neighbors died under mysterious circumstances.
Gomez and Caverly appeared in the series’ first season alongside Steve Martin, Martin Short, Tina Fey, Amy Ryan and a number of other stars.
Despite already boasting quite a bit of star power, the show has added even more big names for its sophomore outing.
Suicide Squad star Cara Delevingne, comedian Michael Rapaport and Amy Schumer will join the critically-acclaimed show.
The show’s first season was well-received by critics and landed itself three Screen Actors Guild award nominations, three Golden Globe nominations and three People’s Choice Award nominations among many other nods.
