From boiled eggs to chicken breast to avocado dessert, Ronaldo once again made everyone admire him for his strictness with himself.
It hasn’t been long since he returned to Manchester United, but Ronaldo has already left a huge impact. From the training ground to the kitchen, CR7’s actions are always considered a model for everyone to follow.
Manchester United’s third goalkeeper, Lee Grant, shared that when looking at the way Ronaldo eats, there are no longer any players who go out for dessert on Friday nights.
“Let me give you an example of Ronaldo’s influence like this. That night was Friday, the whole team finished eating and was ready to go for dessert. Normally, we have apple pie, milk, brownies, ice cream and a few other things.
However, no player touched the apple crumble or custard cake, nor did anyone take the brownie. Everyone sat down and whispered to each other about the portion of food on Ronaldo’s plate.
I couldn’t believe his diet was so incredibly healthy. Seeing Ronaldo eat those things, people no longer bothered to stand up and eat those things.
He ate some quinoa, a few pieces of avocado, and a few boiled eggs. Look at Ronaldo’s body, maybe the second most beautiful one on the team after me” – Grant shared the story on talkSPORT.
In fact, Ronaldo eats many meals but each meal usually eats very little. CR7 divides into 6 meals/day, 3-4 hours apart so that the body always meets its nutritional needs. The explanation for this is the use of regular metabolism in the body suitable for an athlete.
When it comes to dieting, few people are like Ronaldo, as his body fat percentage is lower than any other supermodel in the world. Since moving to Real Madrid, CR7 has had a personal nutritionist.
The 36-year-old superstar’s daily menu includes whole grains, fresh fruit, and protein found in fish such as swordfish, sea bass, seabream and cod. Everything must always be fresh and never frozen.
For breakfast, Ronaldo eats a lot of salad, along with ham, low-fat yogurt, toast and fruit. CR7 considers chicken to be a miracle food, low in fat and rich in protein.
“I always advise people not to go to Ronaldo’s house because you will see that he never stops practicing. I have come and sometimes I get bored because there is nothing on the table except salad, chicken breast and water, no “have any kind of drink” – Evra recalled about his former teammate.

CR7 sleeps 5 times/day. He shared that sleeping properly is very important to achieve high efficiency during exercise. According to Ronaldo, sleep will help muscles recover, which is extremely important.
