Puerto Rican pop star Ricky Martin has been in the public spotlight for many years. Since his single “Livin’ la Vida Loca” topped the charts in 1999, Martin has sold millions of records and successfully branched into acting, all while maintaining his advocacy for LGBTQ rights and denouncing human trafficking.

But Martin might have maintained something else while on-stage at a Madonna concert in Miami over the weekend, with some fans on social media noticing something between the singer’s legs while he performed with the Queen of Pop. It’s a potentially embarrassing moment for Martin, but the singer has responded with his typical charisma.

Martin responds to sensual show

Madonna’s “Celebration” tour stopped in south Florida, and Martin — who has longstanding ties to the area — was invited on stage as the Queen of Pop performed her 1990 hit “Vogue.” During the performance, Martin’s role was to “judge” her backup dancers’ outfits as they strutted across the stage — some, scantily-clad.

As two dancers approached Martin’s chair to give him a lap dance, the 52-year-old appeared to develop a bulge in his pants — and fans quickly noticed, with some commenting on the “fire extinguisher” Martin was trying to hide

Martin thanks Madonna

On social media following the show, Martin moved on as if nothing happened, and he sincerely thanked Madonna for her invitation to the “party” at Kaseya Center.

“You all can’t miss this show,” Martin posted on X, another way of demonstrating his excitement at performing with one of his musical influences.

Away from music, Martin is currently starring in “Palm Royale,” a 10-part period dramedy that is already streaming on Apple TV+.
