Starting in 2014, Kim applied the waist training method using a waist belt. She often shares that process on Instagram.
After giving birth to son Saint in 2015, Kim adopted the Atkins diet – which limits carbohydrate intake – to lose weight. Kim said she wanted to feel sexy again and feel good about herself.
In a 2017 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians , Kim teared up while discussing the intense scrutiny she faced after a photo of her unusual butt on a Mexican beach was released. The 8X star lamented that people made her feel embarrassed and constantly put pressure on her.
Appearing on The View later that year, Kim shared the public’s reaction to the photos that made her want to get back in shape after taking a break from working out due to two surgeries on her uterus. At that time, America’s super butt hired bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara to help her improve her figure.
“I wake up every morning between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. and exercise before my children wake up. I practice for an hour and a half every day. In just a few weeks, my body became firmer. I literally zoomed out and got into position. I am very excited. We are training intensely and I love working out. It’s an effective stress reliever,” Kim said.
In August 2018, Kim revealed to E! has lost 9 kg to 52.6 kg. In addition to working out, Kanye West’s ex-wife seriously diets. She chooses good starches like sweet potatoes, small amounts of fat and protein along with vegetables.

“I wear a sauna suit twice a day, run on the treadmill, completely cut out sugar and carbohydrates, eat only the cleanest vegetables and proteins. I don’t starve but am very strict with myself” , said Miss Skim.
