The firm friend, both 25, showed just how it’s done with Lovato looking lovely in lilac while Gomez opted for classic black.

Gomez, who recently revealed she’s had a kidney transplant due to complications of lupus, flashed a little cleavage in her low-cut black mini dress with an asymmetrical hem. She added a pair of tan sandal heels and carried a small black clutch.
The pop starlet, who released her new song Wolves on Monday, wore her dark hair pulled back from her face in a sophisticated do.
She was made up with smoky eye shadow and black mascara with a hint of blush and nude lip color. She completed her look with a pair of stunning gold hoop earrings.
Lovato, whose single Sorry Not Sorry is now her second Number one on Billboard’s Pop Songs radio airplay chart, chose a gorgeous gown with a thigh-high slit by alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet.
The sleeveless dress had spaghetti straps and was double cinched at the waist with a matching colored leather belt with silver studs.
She added pointed toe silver pumps and wore her long locks loose and swept to one side in a wet look.
Lovato added a lavender shade of eye shadow, accentuated her cheekbones with blusher and had on matte lip color.
Also on the guest list for the gala was Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett who flaunted cleavage in a striking red and black number.
The 48-year-old Australian star looked stunning in her dress that had a plunging neckline, half sleeves and bows on the shoulders.
Her patterned shoes matched her frock and she wore her blonde bob n a tousled style.
Kate Bosworth was as stylish as ever in a full-length gold lamé dress slit to the thigh on one side. The frock had padded shoulders and long sleeves and she wore an large blue fake flower on one shoulder.
The actress, 34, stepped out in towering heels and splashed bright red color across her lips.
She wore her hair tied back from her face and added statement diamond drop earrings.
Supermodel Cindy Crawford, 51, chose a sleeveless navy and black number with a zipper left undone from the thigh down and a pair of sandal heels.
Model and TV host Heidi Klum, 44, opted for a stylish wide-legged lightweight white jumpsuit with asymmetrical bodice featuring partial sheer black over a black lace bra.
Meanwhile, Country music star Faith Hill, 50, wore a white long-sleeved dress with a peek-a-boo bodice and nude heels.
On hand, too, was actress Elle Fanning who was playful in a multi-colored outfit.
The 19-year-old actress sported a sleeveless dress dotted with Andy Warhol prints of James Dean and Marilyn Monroe. The backless frock had spaghetti straps and a very low-cut sweetheart neckline.
Fanning wore patterned heels that matched her dress and her blonde hair was blown out to curl up at the bottom.
Singer Kelly Rowland, 36, showcased her figure in a plunging white lace bodice with silver sequinned mini skirt.
There was a white tulle overlay that fell from her waist to her ankles through which her thigh-high red wet-look boots were clearly visible.
