A 1st Century AD, Roman Gold Bracelet, depicts a two-headed snake with glass eyes holding a medallion of the goddess Diana.
The bracelet gave its name to a famous house in Pompeii: “The House of the Gold Bracelet”. It was found on the arm of a woman who was killed along with another adult and a child when a balcony collapsed in the house.
